This weblog was formerly known as An American Adventure. It was my daily journal of a bicycle trip from Washington, D.C. to Seattle, Washington during the summer of 2002. You can still view this blog which is linked under Adventures. Now this renovated website, Pathology of Wanderlust, is a weblog about a new adventure; one that involves traveling in China and teaching English at a university in Hunan province during the Years of the Ox and Tiger. I have taken the liberty of changing names to protect the confidentiality and the identity of Chinese people involved in my story.
